WingChun Punching

One of the most iconic moves in martial arts is the WingChun punch. Some only know of one punch in WingChun, however, there are multiple punches (along with a few variations). Come join us this workshop to discover all of the ways of WingChun punching.

What you’ll learn:

  • WingChun punch mechanics
  • Chain punches and other punch combinations (Lin Wan Kuen)
  • Punches from different angles and situations
  • Thrusting, level, rotating, raising, hooking, springing, double, and inch punches
